Recruit right now and spread the cost of the placement fee over 12 months.

This option protects you from paying out fees for someone who may no longer be engaged by your company.

For example: Let's say you use a typical recruitment agency to fill your vacancy, you agree to pay them a £4000 introduction fee and agree on a 4 month rebate period. If that candidate leaves or you terminate their employment one day after the agreed rebate period expires, your company will have paid out the full £4000 for a person that is no longer employed.

If you were to use us to fill the same vacancy and the candidate leaves or you terminate their employment one day after the same period, your company will only have paid out 4 monthly installments, thus dramatically reducing the cost implications, plus this leaves you in a better position to re-recruit for the position.
